Policy endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and claims submissions
All policy endorsement, cancellation, reinstatement, and renewal submissions are subject to underwriting approval. Online claims submissions are subject to review and verification, and do not commit UEG to coverage for a loss. UEG reserves the right to request additional information prior to reaching a decision on a claim. All policy provisions contained in the policy remain in effect.

This site, its content, and these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable law/severability
These Terms and Conditions Shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Illinois without respect to any conflict of laws provisions. The validity or enforceability of any other provisions shall not be affected if any portion of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable.
